The purpose of this policy is to clearly communicate our practice's position regarding insurance coverage. We do not accept any form of insurance, including Medicare, Medicaid, or any private health insurance plans. Our practice operates strictly as an out-of-network provider for patients who pay directly for services.

To avoid being fully charged, a 48-hour notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling. 

Clients are encouraged to use the portal for sharing documents, medication refill requests, and to see their upcoming appointments.

In the event of a psychiatric emergency, patients will be instructed to call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room for immediate intervention
